The laboratory module manages communication between laboratory equipment and the information system, both unidirectional and bidirectional. It streamlines workflow and optimizes the time from issuing an analysis request to communicating the result to the requesting physician and directly transmitting it into the patient's unique electronic record. This improves the overall view of the patient's pathology progression.

FrontDesk Laboratory Patient

This is the module that manages schedules and appointments for outpatient clinics, imaging, laboratories, or hospitals. Here, in a highly configurable manner, the activity of each cabinet, doctor, or device can be optimized to achieve an organized flow of patients, without overlaps, without errors, in an integrated manner. The Frontdesk module is the convergence point for all those who carry out their activities in the laboratory.

This service is included for any module chosen by the beneficiary and contains the following: service and technical support ,8 to 20 call center (unlimited), supervision and advice of GDPR soft medical circuits and electronic medical flow through Syonic's Responsible Data Protection Coordinator , compliance with the requirements of regulation EU 679/2016 on the protection of Personal Data, free updates of the icMED system to later versions and legislative updates, general system configuration, remote or on-site training with medical and administrative staff.
